A few simple guidelines help protect the museum, its collections, and the experience of every guest.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code, and casual clothing is perfectly acceptable. Guests must remain fully dressed at all times, nudity is not permitted, and shoes are required inside the museum.
Are there live people or sex shows inside the museum?
No. The Erotic Heritage Museum is a cultural institution focused on the history, education, science, and art of human sexuality. The museum does not feature live sexual activity or sex shows.
Can I smoke or vape inside?
No. Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are not permitted anywhere inside the building.
Can I bring food or drinks into the museum?
No. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the museum or exhibition galleries.
Is photography allowed?
Photography policies may vary by gallery, artwork, exhibition, or special event. Please follow all posted signage and staff instructions. Flash photography, professional equipment, and commercial photography may require prior approval.
Is any of the artwork available for purchase?
Yes. Select artwork displayed in the museum may be available for purchase. Pieces offered for sale will include information about the artist, artwork, and applicable pricing.
Do you offer genital cast moldings?
The museum does not currently provide genital casting services. Museum staff may be able to direct interested guests to independent artists who offer this type of work.

Can I host a private party or event at the museum?
Yes. The Erotic Heritage Museum is available for select private parties, special events, and venue rentals. Rental fees and event requirements vary based on the type of gathering, date, attendance, and requested use of the space.

The museum curator will review the submission and respond when there is interest or a suitable opportunity. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, exhibition, or placement.
Is there currently a bar inside the museum?
Not presently. Any future bar service or related announcements will be shared by the museum when details become available.
Does the museum offer special events or programming?
Programming may include classes, temporary exhibitions, artist presentations, private events, cultural discussions, and other special experiences. Availability and scheduling may change, so guests should check current museum information before visiting for a specific program.
